1. Bookings & Deposits
A booking is confirmed once a date and time are agreed upon. A deposit may be required for certain services, including ceramic coatings.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

3. Service Scope
All work is performed based on an in-person assessment of the vehicle. Service times and results vary depending on vehicle condition.

4. Vehicle Condition
Geetailing reserves the right to adjust pricing if the vehicle’s condition differs from the original description (e.g., excessive contamination, pet hair, or oxidation).

5. Liability
We take every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, Geetailing cannot be held responsible for existing damage, hidden defects, or pre-existing wear that may become visible after detailing.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Please remove personal belongings from your vehicle prior to service. We are not liable for items left inside.

7. Ceramic Coating & Maintenance
After coating application, proper curing and maintenance are essential to achieve advertised durability. We provide care instructions and recommend avoiding washing the vehicle for at least 7 days after application.

8. Payment Terms
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Late or unpaid invoices may incur additional fees.

9. Use of Photos
With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos for our portfolio or social media.

10. Updates
Geetailing reserves the right to update these terms, pricing, or offers at any time without notice.
